Everything is good, we appreciated this hotel. In love with generous-sized rooms right in the water. It offers an excellent and stunning location and has affable staff. You can relax in bars and cafés nearby. Thank you for the stay in this property - will be back.

The room was perfectly clean, and it had a seating area, ironing facilities, and a study table that were useful. the location was stunning. the staff was very friendly and attentive during the whole stay. You could walk to a shopping centre and a supermarket. The rooms were beautiful and comfy, plus the beds were lovely. And it was facing the sea. The location was unbeatable and stunning, at a moderate distance from Britomart. The staff was lovely, so I will be back.

The view was fantastic - the apartments look out over the harbour and there's always something going on out there. It's a short, and engaging walk to the Wynyard Quarter, where there is always something interesting happening. There's plenty of good food - all the way through from fine dining restaurants to the Westfield Mall food hall across the road. It's also close to the fish markets and close enough to Victoria park New World Supermarket for fresh, good quality produce. It's next to the ferries that go out to places like Great Barrier Island, Rangitoto and Waiheke Island, as well as tours like the Dolphin Explorer that go out into the Gulf.

There was't much not to like. Our friend would definitely have liked to have had a shower attachment in her bathroom. I would have preferred better cookware and maybe some rolls of foil and cling film in the kitchen to keep things tidy in the kitchen.

The hotel is centrally located near popular dining and entertainment spots, bars, restaurants, and the ferry terminal. the staff were extremely helpful, and the room was exceptional, offering fantastic waterfront views.

Great service from staff on ground, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic apartment, very well appointed, light and airy, lots of glass, wonderful view of harbour, secure and convenient parking. Kitchen was well-equipped and it was lovely arriving to a bottle of champagne and truffles on the bed, felt very pampered.

I greatly enjoyed exceptional rooms with stunning views of the harbour and friendly and attentive staff. The location was great and stunning: stores and a supermarket were within walking distance. The service here was outstanding😃
